One Book Blair County
One Book Blair County (OBBC) is the initiative of the Planning Committee of OBBC. The Committee is composed of volunteers from the Altoona Area Public Library, the Altoona School District, Blair County Libraries, and Penn State Altoona’s Robert E. Eiche Library. The group has been working together since March of 2006 to design and implement events that will help to bring the community together around literature.
